Also the platform where you would log an SAP OSS Message, which basically is a customr support message in order to have SAP Support consultants look at your problem/issue. 4- SAP Help Portal: SAP Help Portal bundles access to SAP product documentation and also related information, such as SAP Notes, product availability information, as well as community content. Browse SAP Help Portal to get up-to-date information about your product.
5 - SAP Insider Magazine : an online platform with the latest SAP Related News
6- SAP Press: an online shop where you can purchase Hardcopy and Softcopy books about any SAP Module (functional and technical) ! If you really want to learn a lot @ your own pace by performing self-study, than invest in yourself! Buy a couple of books each year and if you haven't got access to an SAP IDES system, also invest in this!

Where can you purchase SAP IDES ACCESS ?
If you have no access to an SAP Sandbox system at your customer, or the company you work for, than it might be a good investment in yourself to purchase online access to an SAP IDES system. It's the only way you will reach a higher learning curve !
1- SAP IDES ACCESS: I used it personally and was very satisfied as they have very good customer support! Usually my problem tickets were answered/solved within 24 hours! Prices are ok in my opinion.
2- ERPtrainingUK : I also am using their services in order to elaborate articles about SAP CRM /SAP ECC and SAP Authorizations. I have however no experience with their customer service yet - so do your proper research ! Prices are ok in my opinion.
