Normally a user opens CRM WebUI session and gets the following screen.
If the Client and Language in which user has to log-in, is going to be the same every time, than it is possible to Bypass the Standard Logon Screen where a user will only have to enter his User Name and password. Technically,Client and Language will be taken from WebUI Logon parameter. This is how it would look like after setting these parameters.
To Do this, follow the steps mentioned below
1. Open SAP CRM in GUI
2. Add new favorite to open the CRM Web UI -
Choose Favorites -> Add other objects
2. Choose: BSP Application
3. Enter the following data:
BSP Application: CRM_UI_FRAME
Description: Start CRM WebUI
Start Page: default.htm
In Parameters enter the Following details
|Client||XXX (Enter the client in which user logs in)|
By Entering these parameters for the Favorite link, the above details are automatically populated while logging on (Only if logged in using the Favorite link created) and user only gets to enter user Name and Password.
After logging in the user can add the link to the Favorites of Internet Explorer. The link will contain the parameters defined in GUI and then the user doesn't have to log in to GUI to Run this BSP Application Favorite.
