To improve your system's performance, a report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE should be scheduled to run every night. But be careful, this report should only run after midnight for buffering the current day. If not, organizational data may be not available, and inconsistencies may occur.

Buffering for CRM Organizational Data
To improve system performance, you can use the HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE program for buffering organizational model and attributes.
Call up view T77OMATTR via SM30 and select the buffering field for each scenario to buffer corresponding objects.
Execute program HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE every morning (after 0:00 hours) before starting your systems. This time of after 0:00 hours is important for starting up the current day buffer, as data for organizational management is time-dependent.
We recommend you schedule the program every night as a background job !
You can also influence performance by customizing organizational data determination, by using the Responsibility rule type.
Responsibility determination rules determine the required organizational unit (or required partner) without evaluating the organizational model. That is why determination rules of this rule type perform better.
